My goal is to work with as many good people as I can. I know that sounds a little bland, but I really believe working with good people makes my job easier and it's more fun for the client. Not every real estate agent is right for everyone. Certain personalities jive with different people. My goal when I'm working with someone is to earn their trust, respect, and business for life. If I can do that then I know I will be someone they refer to their friends and family. That is the ultimate goal, is to work with their network of people.
Specialties: I have over 22 years of experience in residential sales, investment properties, estate and trust sales, land, new construction, remodeling, pre-foreclosures (short sales), and am CRS, and GRI certified in my industry.
I am consistently in the top 15% of realtors in my area but am most proud of the people who refer me business on a consistent basis. To them, I am truly in debt and can't thank enough.

I became a Realtor at the beginning of 2015, after an 8-year career in Marketing and Advertising. Although I have just started selling, I am not new to the industry. My husband and I have purchased and managed investment properties for over 5 years. I am excited to help people with their home solutions - be it a "forever home." investment property or whatever the need. I may be new, but I am energetic and motivated to have a career in real estate!
I graduated from Winola High School in Viola, IL. I have currently lived outside of Aledo on a small acreage since 1981. I have been in the real estate business 25 years. I cover a radius of 50 miles N, E, S & W. I have 3 daughters. I enjoy the real estate profession for many reasons.

Highly recommend!
Matt was wonderful to work with and made the process really easy. He listened to what I wanted in a home and each time we viewed houses they were closer and closer to what I was looking for. I found my new home a lot faster than I thought I would. He is also very knowledgeable about homes in general, their components and their structures and was able to point out things that could present an issue or that other realtors may not even notice. There’s no sugar coating just to get a sale either, I could tell he had my best interest in mind as a first time home buyer. He came highly recommended by the credit union I am going through and even my home inspector had nothing but good things to say. His service definitely confirmed what they said!

Matt is the best!
Matt is the best realtor out there. He knew we were on the fence to sell but it’s hard with two small kids. He literally brought us a buyer! He knew what would work for both of us and it couldn’t have been easier.

Best realtor out there!
Matt was extremely helpful since day 1. My wife and I were both selling our current house and buying a new one and we used Matt for both processes. He was always able to get a good scheduled to accommodate us (on both ends - we have a dog so it was not always easy to plan showings), was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the home, giving us good things to look for as well as watch out for. Matt has been in the industry a long time and it shows - he is super knowledgeable, available and provided awesome customer service. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Excellent agent - super fast sale
Matt helped me find this house as my first house 5 years prior and I had a great experience in buying, so naturally used him to sell it as well. He was super helpful in visiting the house before we listed to let us know items to fix up and move out before showing. He helped us time the listing perfectly and we received multiple offers in less than 3 days. He was also very helpful in sifting through the offers. Completing documentation was painless with the system he uses and he was just very helpful, friendly and personable throughout. Can’t say enough good things about Matt.
