Matt was wonderful to work with and made the process really easy. He listened to what I wanted in a home and each time we viewed houses they were closer and closer to what I was looking for. I found my new home a lot faster than I thought I would. He is also very knowledgeable about homes in general, their components and their structures and was able to point out things that could present an issue or that other realtors may not even notice. There’s no sugar coating just to get a sale either, I could tell he had my best interest in mind as a first time home buyer.
