I was living in a situation where I was very uncomfortable. Ms Alberta contacted me. I I really didn’t know about equity, I just paid my mortgage every month not knowing I could possibly get out of what I thought I just had to live with. Alberta went over some possibilities within my price range. I’m a Vet but some sellers don’t want to use the VA. We looked at several homes I liked. Some had offers before I made mine. All through my emotional ups and downs Alberta comforted me. “We will find you a home hang in there.” Not only did I find the home I wanted in my price range she found a seller who was willing to work with my VA. Before I knew it I was moving into my new home. A two bedroom, InThe Trilogy Community. I’m 73 years young who mostly lives alone. I have a few health issues and have a friend of 50 years who checked on me. Ms Alberta gave me peace of mind and opportunities to live peace. I have my adventures learning the neighborhood. My home has safety features once I lockdown I’m out until the sunshine wakes me up through windows to see another day. I thank the Holy Spirit and ask for strength to make it through the day. Even if only have the energy to wash up and get back in bed for a few hours of quiet. I call Ms Alberta my Angel with skin. She is passionate, works tirelessly, knows how to get the best price while keeping your budget in mind. Helped me payoff my vehicle which not only helped me increase my credit score not made it easier to make my monthly mortgage. I think she’s the “bomb”. Old school term for great.
