We have bought houses before but never had such an awesome experience like this! Kim is the Ninja of Realtors. She won’t stop until she finds a house for you! She let’s you know if there is anything wrong with the house or property so you don’t make a bad purchase. Her knowledge of the areas and homes are excellent! She let us know when one was in a flood zone or had a sinkhole. Even what the crime rate is. She was laser focused on our budget and our wants and needs. We found our home for life in 3 weeks in a crazy market! We HIGHLY recommend Kim! She has a fantastic personality! We found Kim by word of mouth. What a blessing she was. Jolie was more than just a realtor. We hired her during a difficult transition in our life and she was there for us every step of the way. She understood what we needed and delivered exactly that! Our home was under contract in days - less than a week. Her estimates were all spot on - no surprises. She communicated just the right amount - not too much not too little.
