Theresa Canup is not just an ordinary realtor, she is so much more. I have known Theresa since before the birth of my first baby, and she found us our first home back in 2017. We loved that home and it was so incredibly hard to walk away from it, but we simply grew out of it. Over the years Theresa and I had kept in touch over the years whether that was assisting in fundraising, or volunteer work. (Like I said, she is MUCH more than a realtor). She is genuinely out in our community voluntarily taking time to help others on top of being such a crucial part of finding our next home. She has now helped us SELL, and PURCHASE our new home simultaneously, which let’s just say is incredibly stressful as the home owner with two children. She was there at my beckon call, with any stressful thing. She was always there to help me through it, and would show up early to assist in anything I needed. She made the process as smooth as ever, and when we met with our new homes builder she played with my kiddos while we talked to the builder. She is so so wonderful, and so easy to work with. More than ever is she MORE than the ordinary relator! She is a dear friend of mine now, and I know you will not be making a mistake by choosing her to help you with your home finding needs.
