Andy Solari is a life long resident of Brigantine. He attended the Brigantine school system, Holy Spirit High School and Millersville University with a major in education. Andy is a former member of the Beach Patrol, the Board of Freeholders, founder of the Brigantine Rowing Club, and Brigantine's former mayor. He is the past president of the Historical Society. With a Master’s in HRM and a Bachelor’s in Economics and Sociology, I bring a strategic, data-driven approach to real estate. While most realtors have college degrees, my background allows me to understand and navigate economic conditions, ask the right questions, use the right metrics, and target the ideal audience. After 7+ years in business consultancy, market research, and Big Data Analytics, transitioning to real estate was a natural fit. I leverage my expertise in business operations, profitability, and project management to succeed in both commercial leasing and residential properties, including vacation rentals, short sales, and foreclosures. I love working with investors on rental properties and flipping projects, collaborating with top mortgage reps to bring visions to life. I’m also hands-on in property flips through my husband’s contracting business, which gives me deep insight into property renovation and value creation. As a former small business owner in Brigantine, I scaled a seasonal business to $150K in sales, achieving profit margins of 44% in Year 2 and 57% in Year 3. This success has firmly established me in the local community, and I’m deeply familiar with the ins and outs of the Brigantine market, from trends to local dynamics.
