Molly was referred to me by a friend. I met her and she was so enthusiastic about my property and understanding in regards to my Alzheimer’s mom being in the picture while trying to sell the house I didn’t live in. Molly came and helped me clean, pack, move my mom’s stuff into a pod and stage the house for the pictures and within two weeks we had it on the market and two days later it was sold! After we had the inspection, she called contractors, got me price quotes for things that needed fixing, she even came to the house when I couldn’t and let them in. After title company forgot some paperwork, Molly drove from Outer Banks to Virginia Beach to Elizabeth City because I was working and couldn’t get there! I am very thankful to her for all the hard work, long drives, and many phone calls she handled. I highly recommend Molly, she will go above and beyond to help you in the sale of your property.
