•Linda was so wonderful to work with. My mom had just passed and she took over when I had no idea how to start. She was positive right from the beginning with great ideas to promote the positives of my moms home and advice on how to take care of the things that were not so great. We followed her guidance to a T. She knew all the right people, she had all the right ideas, its all part of a days work to her, one phone call away and we had our questions settled every step of the way. Every time a hitch tried to come up, Linda had an easy solution or word of advice. Nothing got her rattled and we closed a week earlier than we planned for a great price. I could not be happier with my experience with Linda Wells. Linda made the experience feel like I was selling the house with my best friend!
