•Susan is a rock star in so many ways. Her multidimensional excellence is so reassuring and calming during an event that most people find very stressful. During the listing development process, she was a great listener and understood assets of our home that we took for granted. During the prep for photography and the open house, she calmed our anxieties about unimportant details. During the offer and acceptance phase, she helped us understand the differences between multiple offers without telling us what to do. During the inspection and closing phases, her professional experiences helped give us clarity of our duties. The Maraschino Cherry topping was her frequent check-ins during our prep for packing. Those check-ins always involved positive feedback that we were doing things correctly. Did I mention she is a rock star!?!?!?
