•I'm not even sure where to begin with Mark Brown. I may have some bias since I've worked with him before, but I’m very careful about who I choose to work with. Whether it’s a contractor, a colleague, or someone doing work on my home, I’m always thorough. You hear so many horror stories in every industry, and real estate is no exception. One of the biggest fears people have when buying or selling a home is the amount of money involved. The barrier to entry in real estate is low, so it’s easy to end up working with someone who’s just in it for the paycheck. Mark is not that kind of realtor. He genuinely goes above and beyond for his clients, and honestly, it sets the bar so high that I feel bad for anyone else I would work with in the future, when/if he retires. He listens, he’s patient, and he never rushes your process. He’s also taken a wide range of courses, so he can offer insight into things most realtors might overlook. Whether it’s pointing out something positive about a home or flagging a potential issue that could save you money down the road, Mark always has your back. That kind of knowledge and honesty is rare. What really stands out is that he’s not just there for the transaction. Even after I closed on my first home with him, I could still call him up with questions and he always answered. He made sure I had what I needed to feel comfortable as a homeowner, long after the deal was done. I just closed on the home I bought years ago and I’m working with Mark again for the next chapter. That should tell you everything you need to know. Thank you, Mark, for always being professional, honest, and someone I can truly rely on. You're not just my realtor, you're someone I trust. Anyone that is new to the housing market, or even someone with a multitude of dealing with realtors, Mark truly is your one stop shop.
