•Nicole has stuck with us for several years (yes, years) while we looked for the right home that would not only satisfy our needs, but would satisfy the needs of our teenager. She has always showed up no matter what the day, the time, to show us a home. She has never pushed us and has always let us make up our minds without pressure. She has regularly maintained objectivity and offered pros and cons of a potential purchase to us when we asked or when we were on the fence about a house. We have always found her honesty, her truthfulness, her upfront manner to be a relief and a comfort. We came to trust Nicole every step of the way and this is how an agent should be. I know that there were times when she had to be frustrated, when we all thought going in to see a home that "this is the one." And we'd say no (again, after years of looking). Nicole never flinched, never got sick of us, and she has always answered our questions. If she didn't know the answer, she found out right away. This wonderful woman has put up with my regular texts full of questions, my laments on the loss of a house we'd put an offer in on, etc. She would give suggestions, sympathize with us, feel upset with us when we lost a bid on a house, but again, she never pushed us to make a choice we didn't want to make. We value her. She is priceless in this field where it is so cutthroat. We would recommend her to anyone and everyone. There is no one better. Finally, Nicole did find us our home! After much exasperation, she put out an all points bulletin to all of her offices seeking a home in the town we wanted. There just happened to be a house coming on the market. It never hit the market. Because we bought it! Thanks to Nicole for everything. You are the best!
