Jen was pretty much always available for a viewing in a a market where seeing something soon could make the difference between getting in an offer and getting locked out of the process. There was one time she had another obligation and sent another realtor in her stead but that didn’t stop us from putting in an offer. She also has great knowledge and connections for home inspections etc. I mentioned planning for furniture and she pulled out her phone and had a floor plan for me the next day. She got me disclosures and hoa bylaws for every property I was interested in and then walked me through the best offer strategy to close on the condo of my dreams. Her communication style is very kind and she is a market expert giving comps for properties before making an offer. She’s very professional and her negotiation skills won us the condo.

Lysa was referred to us by a friend, we started the search for our new home in January of 2025. At the time inventory was sparse and we had a difficult time finding the one. All while our own home was on the market and had received an offer on it. Unfortunately we ended up not selling our home and due to some family issues we put our search on pause. Lysa was so patient with us and kept just checking in on us while we were going through a very tragic time. Once we reached back out to her ready to resume the search she was so eager as the market had changed and there was more homes available, with her help and guidance we closed on out we home on February 12, 2026 and could not thank her enough for everything. I was moving 3.5 hours away and looking in 4 counties & Lysa was always there.. getting me into the homes I wanted to see, getting me copies of bylaws, etc. She dealt with my chaos in a true professional manner and was there for me no matter the day or time.
