Miss Crystal came to our first meeting to discuss the ceiling of the house. During that time she was already prepared to lay out the process procedures what she thought she could get for the house which was $50-$100,000 more than I originally thought I would be able to sell it for. After the discussion with her, she laid out her plan on the first day. We implemented that plan it was well written well laid out and well executed by Miss Haily, we cannot be happier. We sold the house and a higher price and we anticipated it is as smoothly as Miss Halley can make it. We really enjoyed it. She worked very hard at staging the house for viewers. She organized the viewers visits kept us informed of the information and issues that might be there. We definitely highly highly recommend Miss Haily as a real estate agent. We could not be happier with the outcome.
