•We bought a house and lived in it for 10 years. When it was time to sell we called Becky. Not ever being on the selling end, we were completely lost. She told us what "improvements" were needed to obtain the best possible price in the current market. She marketed the house through multiple medias and we had a few interested parties. We were provided with feedback after they finished viewing the house. So we knew what was working and what wasn't. While all this was going on Becky was also helping us find a home. Our needs and wants had changed since the last time we bought a house (2 kids and 2 dogs and lots of stuff was added to our lives). We saw several homes all over the Metro Detroit area. She offered her professional opinion, allowed us to bring along family and friends for 2nd opinions and was very welcoming to all of our comments. When it came time for an offer she was wonderful. The offer was accepted but unfortunately the house didn't appraise. Becky gathered information on recently sold homes and did everything she could to get the house appraised correctly for us. Unfortunately, to no avail. At that point, we decided to have a house built in a local sub-division. Again, Becky stepped up and worked with the Sales Agent and negotiated dates, prices the whole package. When the builder didn't follow through, Becky was there to make things right. She went on the walk through with us, she was there when we closed. It was great to have her by our side through it all. I wouldn't go through either process of selling or buying without having a professional agent. If/When the time comes Becky will be our first call. She is the person we recommend when a friend or family is in the market for a home. She has bought and sold so many homes with my family, it's like she is part of the family!
