I had a fantastic experience with Becky. She's very analogical she knows her stuff and the laws. Becky sold our house and helped us purchase another one never had a sale of a house and purchasing goes so fantastic. I couldn't ask for it to go any smoother. Becky always explained everything and there was never any surprises. When people are looking for a realtor I carry her card in my purse so I can hand it to them and say say call her she knows her stuff and she looks out for you.

As a first time home-buyer I went into the process fairly fresh. Doing the research that I could online. Ms. Zainab helped me out by really catering to what I was looking for as my first major life purchase. Showing me the ins and outs as well as giving her true and honest opinions when asked. After she showed me the Richland house, we knew it was going to be the one and there wasn't really a doubt in our minds. I listed (to sell) our house in Plymouth. Michigan with Mr. Bartley Patterson, then we relocated out of state to east coast. I had few concerns about the selling process since I was moving out of state, but Bart is very prompt in keeping close communication via phone, emails, text messages and e-documents sign etc, and above all at all time of the day to keep connected and clarifying our Q/A. It was such a relief and some time I would sincerely refer his first name initial 'B' as in BEST Patterson (a way of expressing my heartfelt Thanks).
