We had a long and difficult search for a home during very challenging times for prospective home buyers, and I am certain that we would not have found the home of our dreams were it not for Cindy Smith. Not only did she help us navigate the very complex waters of deciding to make an offer, the appropriate amount of the offer, the negotiations, the contract, and the inspection, but she was proactive and had the foresight (when we did not) to recognize a property that she felt could be “a diamond in the rough.” She able to recognize the potential that we weren’t able to see, and she then went a step further and took it upon herself to view the property on her own and report back to us. And she was right. A year later, we have an amazing new home that webcouldn’t be happier living in. We owe that to Cindy. She was kind, patient, and very attentive to our needs throughout the process. We feel incredibly grateful to her.
