Becky was an excellent agent to work with! She was incredibly accommodating and very quick to respond. She was not overbearing in any way, but was always there for any questions that I had. She knew the markets in which I was looking very well, advising of which neighborhoods were on the rise as well as the decline. When I found just the right house, her advice on how to structure the offer so that mine would be accepted....and it was! Out of 6 offers, I was the lucky one. Nancy was stellar. We were selling my parents home and moving them out of state, and Nancy was very understanding and patient with the process. She looked after the house while we waited for the buyer contingencies. Lastly (but not least) Nancy encouraged us to list the house at a higher price that what we thought we could get.
