Not only did I find Cynthia very knowledgable which was a relief as I am not..... but the added dimension of "staging" the house was such a winner. Cynthia bringsa great deal of expertise in selling the house and also making the house so attractive with her expert designer skills, that people would walk in and the next thing you knew, there was an offer. I was so taken by this I even began to think, did I really want to move, the house looks so nice? But for reasons that did not have to do with my house, yes I did need to move. I believe Cynthia can just about sell any house as mine was not easy to sell, but she sold it and sold it at a very good price.
