Jeff was both very pro-active and always responsive. A buy/sell transaction is never simple so his attention to the many issues leading up to the closing was actually incredible. There were so many issues requiring attention and he was on top of all of them. I have used Jeff previously and the most important quality that he possesses is that he always made me feel like he was in this with me...that my problems were his problems. And that is very re-assuring when there is so much at stake.

My wife and I met with Linda in our home she gladly drove across town to meet our needs. Linda's presence was warm and inviting . We were elated to find out that Linda was accredited by the Association of Realtors as a Seller Representative Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative, Pricing Strategy Adviser,Military Relocation Professional and Real estate Negotiation Expert. During our initial meeting she gathered information about the house we were selling and provided us with a comparative market analysis for our house. This made us feel relieved that we could sell our house confidently and for a competitive price. The most important part of our encounter with her was learning about the type of person Linda was. Compassionate , hard working, FULLY INVESTED in our success and a savvy and skillful problem solver. These are only a few of the traits that describe her. She is also a top level communicator. From the beginning a she established a open line of communication. Any time we had a question , the response was immediate. Her responses were well thought out and always informative. The marketing of our house, from the listing , pictures and description to the number of interest the house generated was PROFESSIONAL LEVEL. I'm not just saying that. I would receive a data from her digital marketer almost daily. From 11-22 to 11-29 the length of the campaign, our listing received 1843 views. When comparing our house to others listed like it, the next closest listing had 300 views in the same time frame. Her ability to market our house and price it correctly is the reason that we were able to sell our house in three days and proceed on to buying the house of our dreams. The closing process with her assistance at critical times was even smoother than we could have imagined. We were able to close on our house right before Xmas on 12-20. We listed, sold and closed our house in a little over a month. Of course this is not typical but neither is Linda!

Jeff was the one who found me my home 7 years ago, so when I (reluctantly) decided to sell, he was the only realtor I contacted to help me, because I loved working with him as a buyer. And as a seller, he was equally great. His market knowledge is excellent and on the mark, and he knew my wants and needs as a seller and made sure I was happy with the outcome and communicated to buyers accordingly. He was always available to answer my questions, help me out with anything I needed, and ease my anxiety over all my concerns. He also knew I was pretty heartbroken about selling my home and would check up on me to see how I was doing and try to make things as easy on me as possible. Aside from his real estate skills, Jeff is also a wonderful person with a great sense of humor, and I'd absolutely recommend him. Thanks Jeff! You're still the best! ;)
