She was positive right from the beginning with great ideas to promote the positives of my moms home and advice on how to take care of the things that were not so great. We followed her guidance to a T. She knew all the right people, she had all the right ideas, its all part of a days work to her, one phone call away and we had our questions settled every step of the way. Every time a hitch tried to come up, Linda had an easy solution or word of advice. Nothing got her rattled and we closed a week earlier than we planned for a great price. The barrier to entry in real estate is low, so it’s easy to end up working with someone who’s just in it for the paycheck. Mark is not that kind of realtor.
