Andy has a long resume of work in different aspects of the real estate market in the Royal Oak area. He has extensive knowledge on the history of the area. His experience in home building and remodeling gives him a good idea on what red flags to look out for and ideas for future remodeling on any home he walks into. He was easy to work with over text to setup times to look at houses and made the scary process of closing on a home in Michigan while living out of state far easier than I thought it would be.
