Bob was my realtor back in 2009. He got me above my asking sale price. He also got me a buying price below what the seller was asking. This year (2024) he sold our house during my divorce. He was a great go-between my wife and I, and worked towards meeting everyone's wishes. He and his team did necessary repairs and staged the house wonderfully. He got us ~$40K more than the original list price.

Arabella for us was a wonderful agent for my family. She has now become more than an agent; she is now part of our family. She was very helpful with all of our needs. PATIENT is one word that I can and will use for Arabella. We didn't make the buying process easier for her, but she was more than patient with us, and I was very appreciative of that from her. Our buying process took almost 2 and half years and throughout those years never once did I felt pressure into buying a house and throughout. What she did was she kept trying to find our dream house no matter how long it was going to take.
