I live in another state and I needed to put my house in Miami on the market. David came highly recommended. The recommendation was welcome, and I was not disappointed. David handled EVERYTHING. From contracts to showings, to dealing with setting up the closing, negotiations, etc. He went above and beyond, and 'talked me down from the ledge' a few times, over my anxiety from having to deal with all this, while being over 1,000 miles away. I was extremely pleased with his service, and will use him in future, should I decide to buy a home in Florida. I highly recommend him. I guarantee you will not be disapponted!
