A graduate of the University of Georgia (BS, Forestry) and Duke University (Master of Environmental Management), he spent decades as owner of Thomas Land Management Inc., overseeing a 7,000 acre luxury ranch in the Roaring Fork Valley - managing everything from construction and infrastructure to land stewardship for high-net-worth owners.
