I was born and raised in McLean County(Bloomington). A graduate of Holy Trinity, Central Catholic and Illinois Wesleyan. I began my real estate career in 1983 as a builder, developer, broker owner, title company, restoration company and property manger. We are associated with many professional brokers with 5 location in central Illinois. Bloomington, Champaign, Lincoln, Clinton and Tuscola. I raised my family in McLean County and am the proud father of 3 children and 6 grandchildren. In addition to my business involvement I’m proud of my community service and over 30 year career in the Illinois legislature retiring a the senate republican leader. I’m also proud to have represented the Republican Party as their nominee for governor in 2010.

Hello, I am Chloe Wirsing. I moved to Tuscola, IL in June, 2024 from Flint, Michigan. I enjoy spending time with my family, as well as building Legos or puzzles. While most of my time is spent on the computer or with clients, I enjoy to connect with nature. I took a college course for welding my senior year of high school and am a Certified Welder (CW) I enjoy to create artwork with it. I also prefer to thrift and shop second-hand instead of buying new. I hope we find some common interests when we work together!

Born and raised in Champaign. Married 50+ years, 3 children, 7 grandchildren. My husband Joe is retired from Kraft Foods. Family and travel are our passion and we travel internationally at least every other year together. Over 40 years experience has prepared me with an understanding and appreciation of my clients and their needs. I look forward to working with you and offering you my world of experience!! As Director of Education for RE/MAX Choice, I teach, train, and retain new and existing licensees. These activities keep me current on license law, ethics, contract law, finance, environmental disclosures and federal laws. I have been involved in Agriculture for over 30 years and Real Estate for 16 years. I specialize in Rural and Agriculture properties. I am extremely familiar with the tri-county areas of Coles, Douglas and Edgar Counties of Illinois. Not to mention parts of Champaign and Vermillion Counties. I am combination of old fashion common sense and modern day professionalism.
