•From the time Wanda first toured our home in preparation to sell it, she was sensitive as to what we wanted to change, and spend to prepare our house for the market. She had very good ideas , made us feel at ease that she would handle everything, and was great at helping us come up with a price for our house. Wanda was in constant contact with us as far as appointments for possible buyers touring our home, and always gave us their feedback, good or bad. Once we had a buyer, she made the whole process of settlement so easy and was always available for any questions. We were sad to finally say goodbye to her after it was over. Needless to say, we would recommend her highly. Her knowledge of Cecil County was amazing as well as her contact list for any repairs we needed before the sale. We look forward to inviting her to our new home!
