•We were moving from the Poconos to Bucks County, where the real estate market is very competitive. As we were unfamiliar with the area, Lee was able to acquaint us with the area and made us feel comfortable about our search for a new home. Being so far away, she was able to work around our schedule. In addition, Lee matched our persistence in finding a home by scheduling 3 to 4 showing each weekend. In the end, we were able to make a bid on a home in a very desirable neighborhood. Lee was able to guide us through the very complicated closing process. Despite our challenges, Lee kept a great sense of humor through the whole process. We highly recommend Lee Bergiven to any home buyer who is serious about finding a home
