We moved to North Carolina before we put our Pennsylvania house on the market. The house we were selling had some issues that had to be addressed. Because we were 500 miles away it would have been difficult to resolve them. Paul took care of everything! As our realtor, she was all in from our first sit down until we sold our home. She walked us through every step and always carefully reviewed every document, with our well-being in mind. Lee is a true professional and knows her stuff. Lee’s strategy to get the maximum price for us worked perfectly (even though we had some reservations at first)! Lee worked side by side with us to get the house ready for listing and kept encouraging us as we struggled to get that done. The staging, using many of our own furnishings, was spectacular and had us thinking “is that really our house?” We would highly recommend her to anyone who is selling (and already have) - but we think she would be top notch in any real estate transaction.

I can't imagine having gone through the home buying process with anyone other than Ray. His decades of experience were obvious at every step of the process. From discussing with me the pros/cons of the houses we looked at to eventually getting my wife and I an incredible deal on the house we eventually bought. He negotiated a once in a lifetime deal for us. Ray didn't mince words and always made it clear he was working for me, and was looking out for my best interests, and it really felt that way the whole time.
