•Selling a house is full of challenges and Gary prepares you and supports you through this experience extremely well. He was always punctual, provided the right info, introduced you to the team who would help with the sale in his office and a law office. His comps were highly accurate and helped to price our house correctly. We contributed to the writing of the mls and he made sure it was accurate and posted quickly. Gary arranged for his photographer to take the pictures anx they reflected flattering views of the home. He kept us informed about appointments and offers. He helped deal with unforseen problems or delays. After accepting an offer there were many steps in the process where you get tired of waiting while lawyers reviewed the contract, inspector and appraiser came evaluating home for issues and to see if it meets offer value, and waiting to hear if buyer got their loan. During these weeks we felt between realtor and lawyer we could have been kept better informed. We continued to ask questions during this time to figure out what was going on and got help from Gary and law office several times. I would recommend Gary Hall to friends and family. He was personable, trustworthy, experienced, and gave good advise.
