Tara new how quickly houses were selling in the area. Because of this once I found the right house for me she was able to explain to me what I needed to do to make the right offer and have that offer accepted. She was also able to refer me to the right people for my home inspection. Then work with to have them cover the couple of repairs that needed done. Over all it made buying my home a great experience.
