Stacy has not only assisted with these transactions, but she also co tinies to provide support in repairs, renovations or any other property related needs. There’s not a more professional, personable or dedicated realtor. Going the extra mile doesn’t even begin to describe the effort she puts into her clients. You couldn’t ask for a better partner.

Robin not only helped me sell my childhood home for my mom but also helped to coordinate an estate sale before the sale as well as coordinating the cleaning needed at the home. Based on the age of the home, I was expecting to have a lengthy repair list, but Robin suggested listing it "as-is" based on the market conditions and she was 100% on target as it was under contract within a week without a home inspection. I very much enjoyed Robin's personality and more importantly her professionalism and understanding of the market condition we were selling in. I highly recommend Robin and her team!

Well, she did it again! Vicki Dyer has been my realtor for a decade. There’s no one else I trust! After purchasing two detached, large family homes with her, it was time to downsize. Vicki helped me find the townhome of my DREAMS - and get the BEST price. We owned a property In Braselton, Georgia and were recently transferred to Florida. We needed a realtor who was knowledgeable and willing to assist us since we were not there. Over the years we had shopped with Robin thru her Estate Sale Company "The Perfect Piece" and decided to give her a call. We thought that she could maybe do a sale at the home and then proceed to list to sell the property. It went like clock work!!! Working myself in Property Management / Real Estate, I have never seen a realtor do what she did, from selling our belongings, to cleaning out the home, preparing in to be listed and selling, all within a 30 day period. Her communication with us was amazing!! Her assistance in resolving some repair issues needing to close went above and beyond that anyone would go to.
