I have not had many experiences with Realtors, and the few I had experiences with, Hank is one of the best. Hank took a lot of time and effort to provide a plethora of homes to visit. Even though the drive to the areas were pretty far in distance, Hank made the time and gave a 100 effort in trying to find "the perfect" home that we wanted! We viewed quite a few, and when we thought our "perfect" home was out there, Hank gave another go and found some homes in a different price range-just to see if they may fit more along with the type of home we were hoping to find. Well, wouldn't you know it-after some time of looking and losing any hope of finding "our future dream home" ...Hank found us the perfect place! It is beautiful home and we could not be happier! Hank had to help in getting the "right" price for us to able to purchase the home and he was able to help us do that with little effort. Hank is reliable, helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable about both sides of the reality market. I could not have asked for a more efficient and responsive agent. If Hank didn't have an answer to a question, he was quick to get that answer. If I had an issue, Hank was quick to resolve that issue. Hank is prompt in meeting times and in paper work. Hank is proficient in every aspect of helping one find a perfect home for you and your family. There were times we needed Hank-on days he should be "off"-but he was always available to answer even the inane questions. Hank made you feel as if you were his only client...he makes you a priority. Hank was a referral from a friend who had purchased a home in town previously--we were first-time home buyers and knew little about the process. Hank was excellent. Before we had even committed to using him, he had put our names into his system and we started getting interesting listings. He also walked us through the process of house buying at that first meeting and, though we were still nervous, made us feel much better about the search. We looked for several days at several houses in several counties (we wanted a house in the country with a little acreage) , before lucking into a FSBO on Zillow that my wife found. Even though it wasn't a listing that Hank found us, he put the deal together with the owners and was able to negotiate the contract very quickly and to both parties' satisfaction. What truly impressed us about Hank, from our first meeting to closing, was his communication. His responses, even if he doesn't have the answer right away, are as immediate as they come and he will work hard to find answers. This applies to large issues and small--he even helped us with awkward negotiations with AT&T at the new house. This makes him great for all home buyers, and particularly so for us newbies who ask a lot of questions. Hank is professional and yet personable and even though I'm sure he has many clients, he makes you feel like he is working only for you.
