I first found Hank back in 2011 or so when doing an internet search to find the absolute best realtor in the Athens area, and choosing to call him was one of my better choices in life. Although we ended up not buying a house at that time, he lived up to his impressive reputation. A few years later my wife and I did buy a house, as by chance a realtor we met introduced us to a seller she represented and... well, long story short, we gained some experience working with a poor agent. Trust me, that is not something you need in your life. Shortly thereafter, we found ourselves needing to move south, and needed to sell our home quickly and as painlessly as possible.
