The whole team is AMAZING! I was talking to another realtor and she was doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I was down in the dumps big time. My best friend seen how bad I was and she asked me if I had signed anything with the realtor I was talking to. Thank goodness I didn't. She gave me Tracy's information and we met in like 3 days! As the other realtor I had never met and only talked thru txt for almost 3 months! Tracy sat and talked to me, to get a feel of what I was looming for and price range. A couple days later she contacted me with some home she wanted to show me. I was in WOW moment! Someone was actually gonna help me make my dreams come true of having a house. Between her and the rest of the team I was able to find what I wanted in about a month to month and half! It was amazing and I can't thank them enough!! If I am or anyone I know is in the market again, her team will be the FIRST and only call I make!! Thank you so much Tracy, Frank and Brady!

"Tracy was amazing to work with. She explained our options to us in depth, involved us in every step of the process, and made everything very easy. She also dedicated a lot of time and energy into getting us every dollar we could (paid for a stager for our home out of her own commission, among other things). We loved working with Tracy and Brady! Tracy was phenomenal to work with. I will never use or recommend another realtor again. The team was very responsive and helpful! Our experience with Tracy, Brady, and House Hunters of IL was incredible. They went above and beyond for us, did an excellent job explaining our options to us, and made the overall experience a breeze. Even when difficult situations arose they were quick to assist in anyway they could. If you’re paying someone to stick a sign in your yard and list your home online, you’re doing it wrong. We would recommend Tracy and the whole team 10 times out of 10! They will go above and beyond for you and get you every dollar they can for your home."
