Becki was great and helped us find a great property in Big Bear! We started looking earlier this year and found a great match in a short period of time. We were looking for a fractional ownership unit which has unique issues to consider. Becki was knowledgeable with these units and the escrow process went as smoothly as possible.

Attempting to purchase a home long distance can be a difficult situation. Becki made the process smooth and easy. She was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. Convey information between the seller and myself in a timely manner. And even insure that all necessary document and timelines were met. It was a true pleasure working with her and I'm very excited to actually being able to move in to my new home in less then a week.

After trying to sell my vacant land in Cedar Glen for a little over a year with another realtor, we decided to go with Becki due to her success at selling homes and land around Big Bear. Outstanding Service and Knowledge
I had previously asked other realtors for information and guidance in regards to listing our lot and received negative feedback.
