•If you want to be assured that you have the BEST real estate agent in the business, this is worth the read. When I first started my search for an agent, I was told to ensure the agent is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). I’ve never heard of CRS before, but it’s the best advice I could have received! CRS accreditation is an education and experience based national designation through the National Association of Realtors. To find Kathy and Terry Sullivan of RE/MAX Beacon, who are both CRS designated, was an incredible find. When purchasing or selling a property, having agents represent you that have expertise and experience is imperative. Kathy and Terry Sullivan have market knowledge, negotiation abilities, and professionalism above any other agent I’ve worked with. I was selling a home on behalf of a family member that needed emergency placement in a facility. I live four hours away, out of state. Before the home could go on the market, it needed some remodeling (carpet removed, hardwood floors installed, wallpaper removed, painting, general repairs, etc). I had no idea how I could possibly handle this, but Kathy and Terry recommended trustworthy contractors and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was handled correctly when I could not be there. Their communication was like no other. I trusted and followed their advice on how the home should be ‘staged,’ and WOW the investment was well worth the ROI. Oh, and when they close a property, they donate to Children’s Miracle Network on behalf their client which goes to a local hospital! You cannot go wrong with the Sullivan “Dream” Team representing you.
