She will walk you through the entire buying and selling process and assist you with all the scarey and confusing paperwork. She is very knowledgeable of the North Shore. If knowledge of an area is a problem, Lizete familiarizes herself to do the best job possible for you. I’ve bought and sold houses with Lizete and highly recommend her to everyone. "Lizete has been invaluable in the entire process of my selling my house. I chose to work with her because of 2 recommendations from good friends of mine. I appreciated her many years of experience, her confidence, preparedness, as well as her friendliness. She was always available to talk with me and usually reached out to me to remind me of all the items that I needed to do during the entire process. She gave me many recommendations for people to help me with the move (cleaners, lawyers, people that may be interested in buying my furniture). She has been empathetic. Lizete was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made the whole process less stressful, by being at my side during the entire time. She offered so much help and had suggestions every step of the way. Her communication and availability to accommodate my family made such a difference! Lizete walked me through the entire process, helped and explained all the legal documents, and was extremely organized and thorough along the way. She sold our house in just a few days and could not have made the process more simple. There are only good things to say about Lizete. She knows her business very well and shares her knowledge and experiences to create the best results. Her suggestions and recommendations as to how we could sensibly deal with our tenants was extremely helpful. My favorite and best Realtor in MA
Lizete is a incredible professional, incredibly knowledgeable and a fantastic person. I feel like I made a friend without compromising on quality in my realtor. She will get to know what you are looking for and screen properties you find and not waste your time if she knows there are issues with the property. She will show you properties you want to see but will warn you if it won't be what you're looking for and was never wrong. I'd recommend her to anyone I know (and like) needing an excellent representative in your search for a home.
