So, I met with Paula and right away I knew that SHE WAS THE ONE!! She help me through all the paperwork and made sure I understood everything. I was grieving and she knew it and wanted to make my life as easy as she could! AND she did!!!! She was there with me every step of the way and even more! I live 2 hrs away and she handled the sale and all the showing and knew people who helped when needed. She was my God send!!! I couldn't of done it without her!!! She is awesome!! I would use her to buy a house or sell. She is woth it! She goes 110 % and more of her job! I can't say enough about her, If you don't use her you will loose out!!! I can’t, with written words, explain how difficult I can be, and how much I demand of people. I’m A LONG DAY. The sale of my very old house was a difficult journey, and Paula hung in with me every inch of the way. She did things that weren’t expected of her, much more than any realtor should have to do, and many things that aren’t even in the ballpark of “realtor” job description. I’m so grateful for her calm when I was the storm. I would shout her name from rooftops if necessary.

Paula is extremely knowledgeable about the market and is very professional. My wife and I were looking for our first house, and she helped us find our dream starter home and a perfect location in the Tampa metro area. Since it was our first time moving into a house, we didnt know too much and definitely needed help. Paula took care of us the entire way and facilitated the whole move. In fact, she did pretty much all of the paper work, setting up inspections, contacting insurance, our lender, etc., and she made the whole process very smooth and not stressful. She was easy to work with and she gave us great advice as well. Moreover, Paula also truly cares about her clients and helped us out and was still there for us after the move. She really went above and beyond and I dont think we would have been able to make the move without her. I definitely recommend this real estate agent if you are looking to move in the Tampa metro area as she is the best!

Words can’t really describe how thankful I am to have had Keywanna (Key) by my side through the whole process of purchasing my first home. I was near the end of my lease and didn’t think I would be able to get everything done before it ended and Key did nothing but encourage me and assure me that it would happen. Her overall knowledge on the market is amazing, she was able to educate me and give me all of the information I needed along with so many helpful tips and advice down to decor, lawn maintenance, and repairs. She was always just a phone call or text away whenever I had a question or needed help with something, and if she wasn’t available at the moment, she would always get back to me ASAP. Once we got my pre-approval she started sending me listings non stop. Key was really efficient in communicating with the agents and scheduling viewings. We were viewing homes the same day they would hit the market. She was extremely patient with me and always gave me her honest opinion. She even provided virtual viewings for me while I was at work. I felt as if I was getting advice and guidance from a close friend or family member that has my best interest in mind, not just somebody pushing a sale to make money. We did 20+ viewings together and she never got tired, never complained, was always there for me, and kept pushing me until we found the one. Once we did, she immediately started on the offer and had it submitted that same evening. Without Key’s perseverance, determination, and drive, I wouldn’t have been able to do it. She made the whole process seamless from start to finish. We hit a few bumps along the road but Key always found a way to make it work!
