Our relationship with Zia spans two decades and includes homes bought and sold (and almost bought and sold...). When we made the decision to move back to Bastrop, there was no doubt about what agent we would use. Buying a home in this market is hard and finding someone you trust both personally and with the business process of it is hard. To say we love our house would be an understatement; we never would have found it and navigated the tricky process of appraisals, limited inventory for what we wanted, and negotiations without Zia. We've bought and sold homes before and at this stage in our life have a checklist that is more complex than just wanting a certain number of bedrooms and kitchen cabinet color. Zia works to understand her clients' lifestyles and how that translates into a home. (And isn't afraid to tell you when a home doesn't match that no matter how much you might want it to.) We happened upon Zia in 2019 when we decided to move to Bastrop. It was to be our last move but, alas, circumstances changed. When we needed to sell the house we, of course, turned back to Zia. I can’t imagine a realtor more knowledgeable, more enthusiastic, more honest or more in love with her profession than Zia. My only regret is that I can’t take her with me to find a house in our new city.

I would highly recommend Zia Lowe for your next home purchase. She is very dedicated to helping you find the home that is right--even if it takes 4 months and 20 views. She provides information that you might not even know to ask for such as tax rates in a given location or which water districts are going to charge more for utilities. While there may be other brokers who would do a good job...when you find a winner, you just want to stick with them. Give Zia a call---you won't regret it.

I honestly can't say enough about Zia. Hiring a real estate agent is a huge investment, and I am very vigilant in how I spend my money. I have to say that Zia earned her commission and then some. Zia carefully considered my family's style of living and what we loved about the home we were going to sell. When I found a home I wanted to purchase in the town we were relocating to, she volunteered to come look at the home. After touring the home with me, she gave me unexpected feedback which made me reconsider. In continuing to search for the perfect home, we were able to find a home that we absolutely love and is a far better fit for our family (not to mention several thousands less). At closing, Zia reviewed our documents and found an error which resulted in additional savings for our family. Zia is prompt, courteous, and respectful to all parties- but she also knows her stuff! Highly recommend Zia! PS- with our fair, yet competitive realtor, we also sold our home on the first viewing!
