Mike listed and sold our home! Our home was a somewhat unique case with little to nothing around to look at as “comparable”. We had the place destroyed when he came to view the house. He walked through the house and yard and looked at everything thoroughly. After discussing everything we were doing to get the house ready, he gave an idea on a listing price that was almost exactly what we had in mind. Throughout the whole process, he has been very knowledgeable and his communication has been top notch! Our buyers were particular and Mike navigated their demands well, even tracking down and contacting the vendors we needed to resolve their issues. Overall great experience, thanks Mike!

Kelly was there every step of the way. She was willing to go out of her way throughout the entire process to make sure I was getting the best deal for my house. This was the second time I had put my house on the market and it sold almost immediately. Not to mention it sold for above asking price! Kelly was quick to get paperwork to me, quick to answer any questions I had, and quick to help me make my house sellable. She is down to earth, realistic about what you should expect, and will give you nothing but honesty. If you're selling, she's the one you should call, hands down.
