Ben made the home buying our first home simple and painless. We were not very familiar with the area we were looking in, however Ben set up a search which really simplified the process. We had selected about 8-10 houses to look at, we had found the one on our first time out. The buying process went very smoothly as well, we were able to come to terms both parties felt were fair without too much back and forth.
