When I realized that my apartment rent was costing me more each month than a mortgage, I decided it was time to look into buying a house. I've never owned property and wasn't sure where to begin. Fortunately, Chance Hammock really knows his business. He patiently walked me through every step of the process. First, we discussed the kind of home I was looking for. I found several great-looking homes online in my free time, but the one I ultimately fell in love with was one that Chance found for me.
