•We could not have asked for a better real estate agent than Bill Kennedy. From the very first phone call… throughout the process .. till closing AND after … Bill always had our best interests a priority. Always timely in returning messages. When looking at different properties… we always felt comfortable with Bill and knew he would steer us in the right direction. We never felt rushed as we were looking at multiple properties. Bill would always say “See you in 10 minutes.. and there he was”. He did an amazing job with the negotiations and if it wasn’t for Bill … we probably would not have closed on the property. Bill even went out of his way to meet with roofers and a vapor barrier company to get estimates for the needed repairs. The property is in Florida and we live in NY… so Bill did a walk through alone day before closing and mailed us our keys!
