Mindy was very knowledgeable as to what we should ask for our house as we were unsure. Because of this, we were able to receive a very nice offer. She communicated with us very well and kept us informed of showings and feedback from potential buyers. The photographer that Mindy hired to take photos of our house and property did a phenomenal job. He even used a drone to take overhead photos. When it came to closing on the house, we knew exactly what to expect and it went very smoothly. If we ever need a realtor in the future, we will call Mindy.

Mindy did a great job throughout the whole process of selling our home. She was always available for the many questions we had. The timing of selling our home and closing on our new home was tight, taking some extra planning and she nailed it. Mindy made everything as stress free as possible. Highly recommend Mindy.

Amber did an excellent job of being patient with me while looking for property. I was very picky with what I wanted and what I could afford and she was always helpful and happy to answer questions and if she didn’t know an answer she found it instead of B.S.ing me.
