•Landon was randomly assigned to us through Zillow when we started casually looking at houses, not really expecting we would buy quickly. When we first met and went through a house together, we explained what we wanted and needed, why that house wasn't it, and our price range. Landon took it all in. He listened and gave us honest feedback about our expectations and budget, and we went from there. Because he got on our page so quickly, we were able to share listing back and forth to decide what we should and shouldn't tour. And as questions came up, because they always do, Landon took them all with patience and enthusiasm. He has been so incredibly supportive, and as we move into the selling phase of our old home, he's guiding us and advising us through that process as well, recommending some of the best contractors to take a look at what we might need to change so that we can sell fast for the right price. Honestly, Landon has been a delight to work with, and he has been so kind, even when we have been frazzled and overwhelmed during one of the most stressful events of our lives. Moving isn't easy, and Landon makes that difficulty feel a lot less daunting.
