•If you only read this one line- Lauren is FANTASTIC! Life came at me REALLY hard, and I was left with a home that was under renovation that I couldn't afford, a rental property that was failing, and a life that was in turmoil. I had no one to turn to, and no support system to prop me up at quite possibly the most difficult time of my life. But then Lauren came into my world! She was sunshine on a rainy day, and was able to be my sounding board through all of these major life decisions as I tried to find the best path forward. She advised me on how to properly rehab and list my rental property, which largely due to her guidance on realistic pricing and professional photos ended up going under contract in FOUR DAYS! We then were able to move on to the larger project of finding a buyer for my primary residence, that was the true definition of a Fixer-Upper. I bought it needing work, and planning on doing it myself, but life had different plans. So what I was left with was an impossible mortgage on a home that was a trainwreck. Lauren was my rock and stability when we couldn't make a deal with multiple buyers. I had full faith and confidence that Lauren had my best interest in mind the entire time. To complicate the matter, I needed a new place to live! So Lauren was diligently searching for the right home for me and was amazing at listening to my feedback to find the right home for this new chapter in my life! Lauren successfully navigated me through the process of selling two separate properties, while coordinating and searching for a new home! All done with a smile on her face and true care and compassion in her heart. She managed 3 transactions simultaneously, and that was just for me! I could write a thesis on what Lauren and I went through, and how amazing she was in this process, but I've got a 2000 character limit! Lauren is: professional, prompt, realistic, honest, hard-working, competent, caring, and a true honor and privilege to work with! Thank you so much!
