I don't say this lightly; Jennifer took full ownership of my unique request--specifically, a property that was not a multi-unit but still had a separate and functional in-law suite--and hand-clicked through hundreds of listings in order to find the two that fit the bill (one of which I purchased!) That level of dedication and service to the client is exceptionally rare, and yet it is EXACTLY what you will get when you work with Jennifer. Jennifer is a rock star! This was our first time buying a home and she made it as seamless as possible. From her recommendations for the lender to the inspector Jennifer knows her people! We had a few hiccups (on the sellers side) along the way but Jennifer was on it. Never once did I feel as though we weren't her priority. Even though were in our new home she is still giving us the A1 service she gave us while in the process (we had another problem with sellers). I would defiantly recommend her.

With today's market, I had planned on selling my condo by owner. I was amazed at how much more my condo was worth after Jennifer did a more thorough market analysis.
