•My husband and I were looking at properties in Venice, FL. Not knowing a realtor, I reached out to a friend who sold on the East Coast to see if she had any connections. We had 1 request. The realtor needed to be “gay friendly” When I first spoke with Lisa, she was professional and courteous. She set up a face time meeting to meet with us to find out more about what type of homes we were interested in. After our initial conversation we felt Lisa would be a good choice. Lisa pulled listings and sent them to us for review. Being out of state made it a bit challenging but Lisa made it easy. After selecting several homes we liked we asked Lisa to set aside time for us several weeks later to view the houses when we were going to be in Florida for a few days. We met at Lisa’s office in Venice. Lisa had print outs of all properties and listed them in order of showings. We did this several times before seeing new construction at Grand Palm. Lisa took us to the community and represented us during our meeting with the builders representative,Trevor. After looking at several new builds we wanted to revisit some of the homes we looked at prior, ruling out a number of them. Then we went around to the ones we felt we wanted to see one more time before making our decision. We finally decided to go with new construction at Grand Palm. During the process Lisa was great. She allowed us time to see the properties and kept us in check with our likes/dislikes. She was also knowledgeable about Florida laws and HOA’s. She never once rushed us into a decision and always gave us honest feedback. After spending several 8 hour days together looking at properties we finally found our dream home. During the days we spent together, we really enjoyed our time and became good friends in the process. We would not hesitate to recommend Lisa. She’s truly “gay friendly” and truly a gem of a realtor.
