•From the initial phone call from Pittsburgh Kim was responsive, professional and coordinated showings for our four day visit to Venice. We viewed a few homes but the first one we walked into we knew it was the one. I had done a lot of searching are research and this house was unique and checked all of our boxes. We knew the home would have multiple offers so Kim was expeditious in getting our bid in and to inform us the next morning the our bid was accepted, she even negotiated a $3000 additional savings. From that time Kim guided us through purchasing a home in FL and even set up a visit to the house when our daughters were able to in FL. Kim provided excellent recommendations for inspection and title companies. Her military experience is demonstrated by taking and providing clear direction and obtaining prompt responses to inquiries we had. Kim is a true professional who was a pleasure to work with to purchase our home. I would recommend her to work for you whether you are listing your home of looking to purchase.
Kim was fantastic and hands on every step of the way. She was very perceptive pricing our home just right. We sold quickly and the process to closing was flawless. When we needed her she was always just a quick text away.
