•I finally closed on my home August 26th, 2025. Bryan was there to walk me through the process and was always quick to respond when I had a question. He was always open and honest with every step. Thank you Bryan for being there by my side and helping me find my home.
Shannon Hansbury is an awesome agent to work with. She is very knowledgeable and was quick to respond to our questions, and explain the process of selling a U.S. property. If she didn't immediately have an answer she researched until she found it for us. She kindly responded to our many questions with courtesy and honesty. Being in Canada, we conducted our sale from a distance but Shannon made it easy. She kept us informed about all showings, open houses and document requirements. I would highly recommend Shannon.
